Scotland services expanded by Emirates

People who wish to book cheap flights to Dubai may benefit from the increased services to Glasgow launched by Emirates.The carrier announced it will be doubling the frequency of its trips by introducing a second daily non-stop flight from June 1st.
Capacity will be increased by 47 per cent as a result of the move, in addition to an upgrade to the aircraft on the existing route.
An additional 199 seats will be introduced each way, as first class cabins will be opened - the first time a commercial airline operating to Scotland has done this.
"As part of our strategy to support economic growth, the Scottish government is determined to improve our international air connections," commented deputy first minister Nicola Sturgeon.
Emirates recently expanded its flights to Dublin, in a move that is hoped to increase connectivity from the UK to long-haul destinations such as Sydney and Thailand.
