A popular Miami attraction is introducing a range of pirate-themed shows and events this summer to tempt families on city break visits to the USA.

The Miami Seaquarium will be hosting Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean from June 11th to August 21st, featuring large slides, high wire performances and dolphin shows.

Every day, a troupe of pirates will amaze guests with swashbuckling duels, while suspended 30 feet in the air.

Other attractions include the 25 feet tall Giant Shark Slide and the new pirate-themed Top Desk Dolphin Show.

Andrew Hertz, general manager at Miami Seaquarium, said: "The Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean's return will keep our guests in suspense and amazement with incredible aerial high wire performances."

Guests visiting Miami Seaquarium can also learn about marine life and conservation through a range of presentations and exhibits.
