Finnair flights improved by Quality Hunters

Those who regularly book cheap flights with Finnair may notice an improvement in the standard of service thanks to the contribution of the airline's Quality Hunters.Observing flight operations and service with the goal of boosting standards, seven appointed individuals will fly between Helsinki and European, Asian and US destinations.
An eighth member will be selected from a member of the public who has participated in discussions with the original members.
Evaluations, reports and development ideas will be uploaded to the Quality Hunters 2 website and each individual is assigned to specific areas.
"Our goal is to develop our service continuously and to offer our customers peace of mind as well as care and attention at every stage of their journey," commented director of global marketing for the airline Antti Nieminen.
A volunteer programme was recently extended by Gulf Air, in this instance assisting the inJAz Bahrain charity that educates Bahrain children with skills to prepare them for later life in the global economy.
