Posted on: 03 December 2009

Passengers wanting to book cheap flights to Belgrade will soon be afforded more options thanks to Austrian Airlines' expansion plans.

From January 10th, the carrier will begin offering flights to the Serbian capital up to three times a day, with return cheap flights to Vienna operating the same schedule.

Belgrade is an emerging city among both business and leisure passengers, with its highlights including old cafes and restaurants, a lively evening scene and floating nightclubs on the banks of the River Salva.

Flights will depart from Vienna at 06:35, 13:25 and 22:45 (local time), arriving in the Serbian capital at 07:40, 14:35 and 23:50 (local time).

Return flights will depart from Belgrade at 04:40, 08:20 and 15:20 (local time), arriving in the Austrian capital at 06:00, 09:45 and 16:40 (local time).

Earlier this year, Austrian Airlines moved to London Heathrow Airport's Terminal 1, with all passengers having to use check-in zone K.
