operates its flights using a fleet of modern and efficient aircraft,

Based on the passenger recommendations Turkish Airlines began to serve cracker with the salads (with chicken, cheese, etc) which are served alternately for the flights after breakfast hours. For the flights between 21:00 and 23:59 hours Turkish Airlines begin to serve Eti Crax as a lighter alternative instead of sandwiches in the new domestic boxes. Some of the stated products are loaded alternately according to departure time and date of the flights alternately so all of them would not be available at the same time on the same flight.
