Emirates Fleet
The fleet is comprised of the most modern and comfortable aircraft.
The Boeing 777-200/300
One of the largest aircraft in the fleet, the B777-200 comfortably accommodates 18 First Class, 49 Business Class and 236 Economy Class passengers, carrying a total of 303 passengers. A second configuration offers 42 Business Class seats and 304 Economy Class passengers, allowing for a total of 346 passengers. These aircraft are currently being updated to provide greater comfort and a new 500 channel entertainment system. The B777-300, the largest member of the Emirates fleet, can carry a total of 434 passengers, with 49 Business Class seats and 385 Economy seats.

The Airbus A340-500
The new Emirates Airbus A340-500 is the first of a new generation of passenger airliners. It was designed to offer you the most comfortable and enjoyable journey available today - in whichever class you travel. It offers you more personal space, a quieter cabin and a wider range of inflight entertainment than ever before.
The Airbus A340-300
Similar in many respects to the Airbus A330-200s but equipped with four engines giving a much enhanced range, these new aircraft seat up to 12 people in First, 42 in Business and 213 in Economy.
The Airbus A340-500
The Emirates Airbus A340-500 was the first of a new generation of passenger airliners, designed to offer comfort in all classes, with passengers enjoying more personal space, a quieter cabin and a wider range of inflight entertainment than ever before.
In Economy Class, you'll find more comfortable seats, more space and an industry-leading entertainment system, with more than 500 channels of entertainment from which to choose, including video-on-demand.

The Airbus A380
Taking flying to a whole new level, the Airbus A380 promises passengers a travel experience unlike anything they have seen before.
First Class passengers can relax and enjoy the privacy of a suite, with showering facilities and a dedicated lounge area.
In Business Class you'll find massage chairs, wireless seat technology and a personal mini-bar, while Economy Class boasts new generation seats with sliding bases, allowing for increased comfort and a better recline.
First Class
If first impressions count, then First Class impressions count more so. Which is why when the airline set out to create the First Class cabin for the new Emirates A340, they set out to create something truly unique.
Finished in fine leather and genuine walnut, with subtle gold accents, the First Class cabin exudes refined comfort. Its twelve suites are arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration for maximum privacy and an uncommon degree of space. By removing the overhead storage lockers, we have increased the available headroom to allow even taller passengers to comfortably stand and move about the cabin with ease – perhaps to visit the full-size stand-up bar – and in their place, each suite is equipped with generous storage space.
First class passengers can also enjoy the benefit of a personal mini-bar and a state-of-the-art LCD television, with over 600 channels to choose from.
The A340 is already the quietest large passenger aircraft in service. To ensure your complete comfort, the First Class cabin is insulated to reduce noise levels even further - and should you prefer an even quieter journey, each suite also comes with noise-cancelling headphones.
The First Class cabin's advanced lighting system has been designed to further increase your comfort, replicating natural light as closely as possible.
And to ensure that the elegance of your surroundings are matched by the efficiency of service that you receive, the First Class cabin is serviced by the highest ratio of crew-to-passengers of any airline.
Business Class
Emirates prides itself on having "everything" a business class passenger could possibly want, including laptop charging facilities and phone and email access, with some aircraft even offering wi-fi.
On selected routes, business class passengers can relax in lie-flat seats, which can be fully reclined, allowing passengers plenty of room to sleep and relax.
Business Class aboard the Emirates A340 is divided across two separate cabins, allowing for greater privacy and a high degree of personal attention from your cabin crew.
Your surroundings are relaxing – clean and contemporary, they provide the perfect environment in which to enjoy your journey. 2-2-2 configuration means that every Business Class passenger has either a window or aisle seat, and also means greater privacy if you’re travelling with a partner. While the seats themselves take Business Class to a new level of comfort and control.
Your hand-held mode controller allows you to take charge of your journey. With it, you can alter the pitch of seat, bring up a movie, enjoy a huge collection of music, or call for the attention of one of our dedicated Business Class crew.
Economy Class
Economy Class passengers travelling with Emirates can expect to enjoy exceptional service, with complimentary refreshments and delicious multi-course meals.
The airline's Economy Class sections have been designed with space and comfort in mind, and passengers will find that cabins have been "thoughtfully" designed.
You can use seatback monitors to select from over 600 channels and music stations, with facilities also in place to enable email access and telephone calls.
An extremely high staff-to-passenger ratio and excellent bathroom facilities also help to enhance passenger comfort and create a premium feel.
